The copy, structure, design and code of this site are the work of Ermite Agency. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, requires its prior written consent.

The screenshots shown are of websites designed by Ermite Agency for its clients (NEvents Agency, Swiss Language Academy, Green Express), together with fictional demos (Atelier Vector, Maison Sépia, Horizon Santé, Cabinet Méridian, Chalet des Mélèzes) whose visuals are generated by artificial intelligence. The device frames (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) come from webmobilefirst.com; the brands and models belong to their respective owners. Client logos belong to their companies.

What this site sells, and on what terms

Ermite Agency designs bespoke websites. The prices published here are firm and exclude any third-party costs (a specific domain name, a font licence, stock imagery). Any work outside the stated scope is covered by a written quote, accepted before work begins.

Work starts when the deposit is paid. The balance is due at launch. If the client abandons the project after accepting the quote, the deposit remains with the agency for the work already undertaken.

What the client receives

At launch the client holds the domain name registered in their own name, the site files and the access needed to run it elsewhere. No part of the site is held by a proprietary platform, and ending the All-in subscription neither deletes nor blocks the site: only hosting, domain and routine changes stop being covered by the agency.

Limits of liability

Ermite Agency takes the necessary steps to keep the information on this site accurate, without guaranteeing completeness. Links to third-party sites, including those of its clients and demonstrations, fall outside its editorial responsibility.

The stated deadlines run from the moment the information requested from the client is received. Any delay in providing it pushes the launch back accordingly, without engaging the agency's liability.

Governing law

These notices and the services arising from them are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers established in another State.
